Charlie and Lucas started working together at Mother London in 2017. Before that, Charlie had worked at Ogilvy, Saatchi & Saatchi and R/GA London. Lucas had been working in Africa, JWT, BBDO and Lola Mullenlowe.
Both have been awarded multiple times at Cannes Lion Festival, D&AD, One Show, British Arrows, Clio Awards, Effies, amongst others. Outside of work, Charlie does a lot of Yoga and Lucas draws. Both love cats.
